My name is Alexander Zendejas and I'm a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education and I'm highly-trained and experienced in fine dine. My background is general manager of restuarants at Disneyland in Anaheim, CA and I’ve taken my knowledge of culinary arts and applied it to my meal prep business. I help my customers makes eating healthy with fun while watching their macros and making progress in their fitness journey because the nutrition aspect is sustainable and delicious.
